Back in June 2023 Lighthouse installed 2 Mitsubishi Mini Split Units for us. This year one unit stared acting up. After working with Mitsubishi it was determined that thee 2 board and motor need to be replaced in the condenser. Bob and his son replaced the boards in a timely manner. The Mitsubishi warranty is parts only so I needed to pay for the labor. The change was reasonable based on the time it took them to fully disassemble and reassemble the unit. The rapair didn't seem to last. Bob and his son came out time and time again to resolve the issue and fought with Mitsubishi to get the unit replaced. They succeeded!From the time of the initial repair to the time of the installation of the new condenser I was not charged an additional cent. They were here several times.Talk about integrity. I don't think I have ever delt with a company with so much integrity in my life.

He spent hours tracking down troubleshooting guides which were no longer supplied to dealers, negotiating with the company on our behalf, completing six or more service calls, and ultimately installing a replacement uunit. We were billed for the first service call because labor is not covered by the warranty. He refused offers of payment for all of the extensive amount of time he spent. He negotiated tirelessly for the new unit. We are now happily cool and comfortable after a long, hot summer.

It was a great decision to contract with Lighthouse for my project. Great communication, quality installation including relocation of the furnace, coil and compressor. Also very conscientious about cleaning the jobsite. I highly recommend them for all HVAC needs.

Called Bob on a Friday and work was done by Monday. Fast, efficient & very professional. Would recommend Lighthouse to everyone. You wont be disappointed.

Bob and his team are the Best. I had a lot of duct work done in addition to new compressors and coils. They completed the job quickly and in a very professional manor. If needed, I would hire Lighthouse again without question.

These guys are the best! Called for an emergency and they came right over and diagnosed it. It was a minor issue and they addressed it and really helped us out in a pinch. They were so helpful and kind. Will use them from now on and recommend to everyone I know!
