Bob McNamara enjoys fieldwork and interacting with his customers face-to-face to this very day.
Bob McNamara received training in heating, air conditioning and refrigeration in the Navy from 1984-1988. After faithfully serving his country, he worked for local heating and air conditioning companies in Rockland County, NY.
Quickly, he identified a gap in the services being provided to his friends and neighbors. In 1993, he decided to satisfy those needs. He started the family owned and operated McNamara Services. He listened intently to his customers along the way and began building one of the most comprehensive lists of services in the industry. His dream was to provide you one expert location for all of your home comfort needs.
Word spread of his excellent dedication to customer satisfaction and his business grew. This allowed him to bring his family closer, as his wife Debbie joined the business full time and later his children, Matt and Victoria. With his family close by, he set his sights on everything his customers had been asking for.
Today, McNamara Services in NY is under new ownership and the McNamara family has migrated to Manahawkin NJ to bring our expertise and customer service-oriented philosophy to the beach resulting in Lighthouse Heating & Air Conditioning!
